Henry Jollof began in Bukky Olaniyan's home kitchen, where food made for family and friends grew into a name customers kept asking for.

Bukky Olaniyan started Henry Jollof from her kitchen, cooking with the same care and flavour she brought to family gatherings. As more customers discovered her food, people began asking for Henry Jollof by name. After about three years of steady growth, she took a bold step and launched her first commercial kitchen. Today, Henry Jollof has grown into three kitchens while staying rooted in the home-cooked passion that started it all.
