What started as cooking in a small kitchen has grown into Henry Jollof, where cherished recipes are prepared with love and sought after by Canada's growing Nigerian community.

Bukky Olaniyan started Henry Jollof from her kitchen, cooking with the same care and flavour she brought to family gatherings. As more people discovered her food, they began asking for Henry Jollof by name. Today, Henry Jollof has grown into three kitchens while staying rooted in the home-style cooking, cherished recipes, and love that started it all.
